How to Manage Facebook Business Locations

Step 1: Accessing Business Locations

  1. Open a web browser and go to business.facebook.com.
  2. Log in using your Facebook Business Page admin credentials.

Step 2: Navigating to Locations

  1. Once logged in, you'll be on the Facebook Business Manager dashboard.
  2. Click on the Business Settings option in the upper-right corner.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Locations under the People and Assets section.

Step 3: Adding a New Location

  1. On the Locations page, click on the Add Locations button in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose whether you want to add locations manually or through bulk upload.

  1. On the Locations page, select the location you want to manage reviews for.
  2. Click on the Reviews tab.
  3. Review the list of reviews and ratings left by customers for that specific location.
  4. To reply or interact with a review, click on the Reply button below it.
  5. Craft your response and click on Post Reply to publish it.

Step 8: Managing Location Pages on Facebook

  1. On the Locations page, select the location you want to manage as a separate Facebook Page.
  2. Click on the Create a Page button located next to the location's name.
  3. Fill in the necessary details for the new Page, such as category, name, and address.
